Yea, I think it was asked earlier. I got a bit confused whether the response was in relation to the Quantum card feature's flexi-pay or the ongoing flexi-pay promo (with interest).
Yea, i was referring to the Quantum card feature's flexi-pay. As confirmed by you earlier, the Quantum's flexi-pay will get cashback for eligible transaction, but NOT the separate promo flexi-pay. 

Mine is 11street 0% installment which mentioned last year.

Purchase an item with the installment available in 11street.
The monthly installment amount in statement is included in cash back category.

Monthly i spent
1) RM600
2) RM35.80 - 11street

The cash back column shows : RM635.80

I've noticed that my total amount for the flexipay is added into the cashback entitled amount in the statement.

You WILL still get the cashback or VIP points based on the amount BEFORE convert to flexi payment for quantum card feature.

Hi I just got the luggage and the waiver last week, so i can answer that. You must spend RM300 on the card for the luggage. On top of that, must spend another RM200 for RM25 waiver

hi guys, i have some problem using my shopee voucher which I got from applying for Quantum cards. The error says "sorry, the payment method that you selected does not meet the requirements for using this promo code."

Anyone else have this problem? I can apply the voucher code successfully. It is just that when it comes to payment, the error appears.

Is this your first credit card from public bank? For my case, they required me to pick up from the branch that is convenient to me.

if buy airasia ticket using quantum card, can get 5% rebate too?

if i spend on something that gives me VIP points, will my total points update immediately after transaction posted or have to wait for statement?

some website doesn't ask for telephone pin, it will straight charge.. so will it consider as online transaction?

fyi, i pay Maxis bill via Maxis Pay website last month with QMC but didn't get any cash back, and credited with same amount of VIP points...

i spoke with PBB CS:

shopee - some eligible some not eligible, although all are done through shopee app.
MPSJ - not eligible (uob payonline)
Maxis - yes (maxis pay)
TNB - yes (uob payonline)
Lazada - yes (app)
Rakuzen - yes (dining)
TNG - yes (e-wallet reload)

i couldn't get the cash back amount as per the statement, but since the amount in my statement is slightly more than the info from PBB CS, i just keep quiet la, no point arguing further.
