In addition to your medication, does anyone try Magnesium mineral supplement?

It helps to relieve stress and seems to be helpful in depression and insomnia as well.

Normally it is commonly used to treat migraine and muscle stiffness as told by pharmacist.

There are massive information out there on the benefits of Magnesium (one capsule has 150mg) but I want to hear first-hand experience from you.

I am taking the magnesium supplements 2 pills a day, 1 in morning and 1 night. Bought in GNC. Helped on the sleep part. But when stress is over the top sometimes, it wont work, night sleep will still be disturbed. Its just a supplement anyways and it takes time to take effect.
On depression part, helped a little, on and off still feeling the depression symptoms, but not as serious as before.

Correct. Magnesium do help in emotion control and insomnia. But I do suggest avoid pills, capsule type as absorption efficiency too low. Can add my LINE ID chinghong82 for further discussion if want to know more alternative.

I use it, as a supplement. I used to conduct prolonged fasting, and the first thing that I can see him while breaking the fast is taking one pill of magnesium.

I heard that if you are low in magnesium level, then chances are you will have a hard time falling asleep.

I sleep like a log lol
