The legal fee for POT and POC not covered… the cost depend on the purchase price … you can get confirmation from the SA that served you

Maybe for Ilham 3 need to pay by purchaser… my other project by SDB all legal fees were borne by developer as well… some from other developers, loan legal fee not covered… package will be different for different project and developer

You can hope and pray SD will do something to lessen the traffic jam. But like someone said, traffic jam means the city is developing nicely
