nope... just extra windows... but some corners no windows..

upper floor is more privacy...

below 600k after rebates plus prime discount...almost free all legal fees and stamp duties ... except legal fee for MOT...

below 500psf... strata title with nice landscape ... low density, with club house, free solar panel, ready EV charger point... and many more....
