The major developments in Elmina will concentrate in EG... but other projects like Kwasa Damansara will change the whole landscaping of Sg Buloh - Shah Alam... but still hope KWASA developments wont be like Cyberjaya.... only looks canggih from outside but investors lose money till remain under pant only

邓章钦也是雪州行政议员,邓章钦指出,花葬收费可低至300令吉,相比其他的殡葬费便宜许多,为民众提供多一项替代选择。

“花葬非强制性,民众仍可按照属意的殡葬方式,包括华人传统的土葬、火葬及海葬仪式。”

“花葬在新加坡及台湾执行很久了,因此雪州将会采用和台湾相同的模式,也就是将骨灰埋入土内的模式,而新加坡则是把骨灰洒在地上,两者都是 ‘皆归尘土’的环保模式。”

“若花葬受欢迎,这可成为全球未来的趋势,除了卫生、环保及再循环概念外,在文化上也是一大突破。”

邓章钦于周日(28日)出席巴生德教会紫胜阁25周年会庆晚宴后接受媒体采访时,如是表示。

邓章钦透露,雪州将作为花葬墓园的典范,这可带领全国落实这项新颖的殡葬法。

此外,邓章钦说道,发展商已移交非伊斯兰教用途的11英亩墓园保留地给州政府,州政府将播出其中的7英亩地段作为公园,而2英亩约8万4000多平方呎地段则为花葬公园。

“委员会已批准目的的宪报颁布程序,相关地点今后将交由莎阿南市政厅管理。”

“若每个骨灰的埋葬面积为1平方呎,2英亩地段预计可容纳8万多人的骨灰。”

他表示,很多人都选择火化后放在骨灰塔,但骨灰塔最终还是会满的。

“目前能发展的地段不多,而每一个新发展区都会有墓园保留地,人可以一代一代的传承,但目的是不可能一代代地增加,所以花葬将会是最现代、最卫生及最环保的方式。”

他指出,花葬目前会先由志愿性宗教团体协助推展,待运作稳定后再交回给雪州政府管理。

“花葬计划已获得州政府批准,但最终还是需要等待州选后,由新的五教理事会领导班底继续执行。”

“目前完成的部分,是物色了合适的地点,拟定了概念和模式,接下来就是要五教理事会执行了。”

RSKU is requirement from state government... Is not up to SD to say want to build or not... It may change the location... But it definitely will not be forfeited from development

The car porch was designed columnless… so in order to reduce weight of RC car porch canopy, need to use lightweight material .. metal deck is common to be used in construction… even if using RC slab… also got leakage after few years… need to do repair and maintenance zzz even though the life span is longer than silicon

Date of letter was 2-Jun but I received it physically 14-Jun.

I paid a site visit to my house the day the agent called, can't say I'm impressed.
In fact, a lot of scaffoldings still within the compound of my house, and also outside of it.
Building debris still there etc, hope they clean it up by the time they give me my keys.

Anyone took their keys recently, can share your experience?
I don't think the area is completed, as Phase 2 still looks like a fair bit to go (target is Sep-23).
Don't think I want to move in anytime soon as construction works are still on-going.
Likely will do the house defect inspection etc first, renovation maybe can start earliest end of 3Q.

Didn't see a guard house being constructed, and when I checked SPA it wasn't there either - interesting...

this development is not stratified, so the guard post will be built later after VPed (normal practice for SD)... i believe you should already signed supplemental document regarding the guard post.

Kwasa's master developer is Kwasaland, not in the same league. EPF created this company to develop Kwasa Damsansra. So many developers involved in that township. Different company has different strategies/priorities, ROI. Implementing the master plan will be a challenge.
Location wise is fantastic with direct MRT connectivity, close to DASH and NKVE. Despite all this, project still  hasn't taken off. Been waiting for this since i was a young man around 2010. announced before MRT, now MRT both lines completed already.. EPF office moved there already. Still no Kwasa. Tak kuasa la nak tunggu.
