after my ruby plus auto removed, my bill adjusted to RM 130.50 (include SST) this month.

Residential High Speed Internet : XXX@unifi 299.00 -210.00 89.00
Ruby Plus Pack (Promo) 24/10/2018 09/11/2018 -16.45 0.00 -16.45
Ultimate Pack 10/11/2018 09/12/2018 60.00 0.00 60.00

Think my future fixed amount will be RM 149? since total discount and the internet price also no change. Btw im in 100 mbs RYE, havent get turbo.

Speed test suddenly got this result.
Using ASUS AC55 dual band adapter with only 2 level wifi signal (total 5 level)
Because my router & BTU at upstair.

But I did not receive any SMS,
login to myUnifi check, also stillin 100mbps RYE 2017,
in my activity also no pending order. hmm.gif

Shall wait 1 day see have any update. (Later will try speed test by using LAN)

same here. Selayang area here also facing slow.
cannot load FB, tv box streaming slow!

Try to load Live Chat also cannot!

Using umobile data logon to Live Chat,
they reset port for me, and restart equipment.
Now back to normal.. but ping still high,
so I connected to VPN for streaming TV box.

I have my Ruby pack auto removed, only remain Ultimate pack.
So my latest bill deduct RM 30, hope this price last for me. blink.gif
Btw I havent got my turbo (from 100mbps RYE2017)

and I did remember, when upgrade RM 10 to 100mbps last time, TnC mentioned to me that Ultimate pack is come together with the discount,
if I removed Ultimate pack, discount also will be remove, so I think safer for me to remain my ultimate (Although I never use it, even STB also throw inside drawer sweat.gif )

No way to remove TV pack. You must have at least one of basic TV pack (RM30) bundle with ur internet package.

No. You may downgrade your pack to basic pack RM 30 (provided your TV pack is not under contract). So the lowest price you can get which is RM 169.
