Hi...recently i cancle a few(4-5) of grab trip, and when i want to find another grab...no one accept the trip,it says all the drivers were busy but when i use my friend phone, he got accepted instantly..so i want to know if my grab account were banned? Is it permeantly banned? Or how long till i can use it again? How to unbanned it?Tq..

Just call Grab HQ and ask

You are not banned, just Grab put you on a low priority for always cancelling trips. Wait a few weeks or 1 month. Grab always prioritise riders that do not cancel trip, so think before you book.

if you are on a hurry why cancelled it? common sense la, when u booked it goes to the nearest driver(as claimed by Grab ya) , then when u cancelled it goes to the further driver , not to mention indirectly increase the fare of everyone else around that area also.....

All i can say is serve u right, cancel as u like and ruining driver's life. Ask crap how long is it ban, we also don't know their cancellation policy.

apparently you eat what you have shit. You already created difficulty for grab driver and now still have face to ask here. Grab driver here all are very nice and friendly but because of your act, they lose fuel and time by getting to your spot. This is called karma.....

may i ask, what if its the driver that has no reponse or request me to cancel?

I had two experience in KLIA2 where one driver was at the carpark for 15 min of no signing of exiting. I ping him a few times and still no response.

Another one called me n say if not cash, he doesn't want to take and if i want to book another rider, i should cancel it.

Well long long time ago if you cancel it will ask reason and I just put driver asked to cancel. Not sure about now since I do not have to cancel trip most of the time. When I encounter those case i will either use another phone to book and let the previous driver fly kite,, or just leave it be until they cancel the trip.

U cancel, after than provide feedback saying driver stagnant at same spot for 15min and report it.

But so far its 1/10, so its still not too bad.

I also experience that NO grab driver wanna take job from anywhere go into KL Pavilion, is it all driver HATE going to the Pavilion + Bkt Bintang road stretch due to bad traffic? From Traders hotel to Pavilion, 1 mins drive, Rm5, no driver wanna accept. End up taking a Standby taxi at Traders hotel taking us there, Rm7 with meter.

Then another incident is, travel from KL city to KLIA, a driver using AXIA accepted my request. But I have to cancel him due to smaller car to travel a longer distance. Well, prefer travel in B-Segment car for long distance and A-Segment car in town area.

I think u cheapskate rider should order grabcar plus lah, guarantee can get Vios/City/Almera, if extra RM10 also cannot pay then go take KLIA bus at KL sentral.

Sorry bro, i fail to elaborate more, from Traders KLCC hotel to Pavilion KL Bridge Entrance, non congestion route, unable to reach in 1 min ke? Most of the driver doesn't like to drop off passenger at pavilion and end up stuck in traffic in that area.

LOL, why you so harsh on replying. Having a hard day driving GRAB ke or you are a Axia owner? Using JustGrab to get a bigger car and label as Cheapskate rider. Why i need to pay 20% fare more if can get a slightly bigger car using JustGrab instead of GrabCar Plus? End up, a Perodua Alza (JustGrab) came up right after i cancelled the Axia to KLIA. Honestly, only cheapskate rider take Grab, rich one take Taxi, so please appreciate your cheapskate rider

Oh ya forgot to tell u, please take good care of your account, once u ban by grab, it is very very hard to activate back. Of course we driver don't like your attitude type of rider.
