may i ask, what if its the driver that has no reponse or request me to cancel?
would that lower my priority as well.
I had two experience in KLIA2 where one driver was at the carpark for 15 min of no signing of exiting. I ping him a few times and still no response.

Another one called me n say if not cash, he doesn't want to take and if i want to book another rider, i should cancel it.

Hahaha, but i was in KLIA2 .
But so far its 1/10, so its still not too bad.
