I had two experience in KLIA2 where one driver was at the carpark for 15 min of no signing of exiting. I ping him a few times and still no response.
Another one called me n say if not cash, he doesn't want to take and if i want to book another rider, i should cancel it.

these driver need to be banned
btw, not many drivers, includes me want airport trips. if i got, in few second i just cancel, straight forward
