my everyday breakfast, enjoy right after workout.

3 hard boiled egg (mashed with spoon) - 240 kcal
1 tablespoon of kewpie sesame sauce - 25 kcal. Normally I will rotate this sauce between sesame, mustard, telly's thousand island
1 slice wholemeal bread - 90 kcal
coffee brewed with 100ml low fat milk (45 kcal) + 1x ON whey choc (120kcal). Taste like nestlo

This will last me full till lunch.

Kellog's All Bran cereal is good since it has 12g of fiber! which is a lot and could fill your daily fiber need easily. Add in HL Milk which has high protein and kiwi fruit which is rich in potassium and vitamin c. Good breakfast

Can cause I don't have a habit of eating too heavy breakfast.
Overnight oat is where you mix oats with milk & yogurt, honey, chia seed + fruits of your choice (normally i put a mixture of raisins, blueberries, strawberries, banana, grapes, dragonfruit) and leave it overnight. Just take out of the fridge in the morning. I normally take to office to eat. Can last me till lunch.
And surprisingly it is quite filling. Put more oat if you need more to feel full.

hahaha cause you dont need to prepare it in the morning, and it will take time for the oats to absorb the milk/yogurt to become mushy.

yea basically to let the oats absorb the milk and become mushy.

I don't do overnight, but I blend my oats with soymilk(cheaper icon_idea.gif), chia seed and banana.

Not healthy to prepare food and keep overnight, the bacteria will stay growing and taint the nutrients.

Most people I know in the UK eat cornflakes with milk as their "healthy" breakfast.

Though I recommend something warm instead like milk or tea and eating something less processed like fruits and veges.
