my everyday breakfast, enjoy right after workout.
3 hard boiled egg (mashed with spoon) - 240 kcal
1 tablespoon of kewpie sesame sauce - 25 kcal. Normally I will rotate this sauce between sesame, mustard, telly's thousand island
1 slice wholemeal bread - 90 kcal
coffee brewed with 100ml low fat milk (45 kcal) + 1x ON whey choc (120kcal). Taste like nestlo
This will last me full till lunch.
