Most people I know in the UK eat cornflakes with milk as their "healthy" breakfast.
Though I recommend something warm instead like milk or tea and eating something less processed like fruits and veges. |

must take brekkie for is black coffee + yoghurt. but on diff days would eat diff stuff, like fried rice, mee hoon, baked beans. to me healthy is eating in moderation
