when i first started weight loss, then yes i was calculating.. i was aiming for a deficit of 500 calories below my usual

now i eat more because im going for bodybuilding

overnight oat

2 scoop rolled oat + 1 glass low fat milk/1 scoop whey protein with 1 glass water + 1 tbsp chia seed + dried nut/dried fruit/choc chip..

Most people I know in the UK eat cornflakes with milk as their "healthy" breakfast.

Though I recommend something warm instead like milk or tea and eating something less processed like fruits and veges.

must take brekkie for is black coffee + yoghurt. but on diff days would eat diff stuff, like fried rice, mee hoon, baked beans. to me healthy is eating in moderation
