So apparently i got the error below when trying to top-up ASM.
I called them they said due to yesterday's ASB's closure, it might affect other products and the system currently has some issues.

sign, again I cannot connect to myasnb site. on wifi its fine, only LAN cannot access, change DNS also still the same.
