Hmmmmm... i Mark down the total amount and at least check 1 time per day. Beside this ,Nothing else can do .

Last week I realized one transaction failed but saving already deduct money. Asnb officer said will take 3 working days auto refund to saving even I didn't call to make complain.

So u guyz pandai pandai , must check status of top up.

To answer your question, nothing is safe digitally. Gmail, fb hacked is not unheard, Dropbox password leak, telco data leak, credit card fraud, wifi hack etc is not something only exist today.

Remember I ask uncle use app tac instead of SMS tac? You know western companies already use authenticator, authy etc instead of SMS, while I am not security expert, I did know SMS tac got some vulnerability. So Maybank already have app TAC and forcing to use it, public bank got secure sign device.

Nothing is safe, but those big companies trying to be safer day by day lor...

you're right. it seems they get too many people complaining that the password combination is "too complicated" and "hard to create/remember" LOL.

I am so confused with this though. Aren't passwords supposed to be complicated and difficult so people can't guess?

Hmm, thanks for confirmation, for now where there is no online withdrawal, it is acceptable for me.

But if in the near future there is online withdrawal, you are right, the newer password requirement is a bit too weak.

*Silent readers, remind me to / go feedback on this when myasnb going to have online withdrawal, it is a (better) safety measure for all of us.

Well, imagine if you have like multiple accounts, and all of them have different password requirements. Wah headache, some must capital some cannot capital (like ASNB heh heh) some special character
Even though password key software is supposed to be secure, I never tried it.

There are several attempts currently to ditch password, like face recognisation, fingerprint, retinal scan and more.

Like I said, security is trying to improve day by day, who knows future no need password? But for now, just stick with password, no choice.
