technically u can. but in the unlikeliest event that there is changes announced on 31 december, it leaves very little time to act upon. and if im not mistaken someone shared that there's a limit of withdrawal even to bank accounts.

for those who think for the worst/pessimistic, best time is to withdraw now so you can sleep better at night. lol

Officially it is dated Dec.. but the staffs etc should already have insights on the decision before that..
