Officially it is dated Dec.. but the staffs etc should already have insights on the decision before that..

If u did the study or have some knowledge in trade markets, REIT is different from ASTRO.

Also SUNREIT for instance, its capital is relatively stable with consistent dividend payout.

Hmm not quite true.

Please note that tax are exempted for capital gain / disposal (RPGT) / acquisition (MOT) / dividend yield for REITs.

This is one advantage of it.

Ya always good to have some sort of diversification.

To some point, I still think it is "easy" to get ASM as long we are consistent enough to purchase it online.

In a month anyone can also reach his purchase target.

Many of my coliqs did it from zero to 6 digits and eventually they also get bored topping up anymore. Lol

Sometimes 3 digits are a waste of time.

Just accumulate till 8888 or 9999 as baseline and we will get through 6 digit in ASNB by less than 10 counts.

Some ppl "use" their interns / SL1M during ofc hour to key in captcha and it even faster.

Hence will be over excited at the beginning and tend to slow down afterwards. Feel it is cute to note but it's true to observe. Haha

Not necessarily.

Property has low liquidity but can give higher return than FD.

REIT and stocks have similar liquidity but give different returns.
