LTE-A 2CA inter carrier is still very unstable in Malaysia. I almost never see my Snapdragon 800 series phone connect to 4G+ maybe not even at the count of my fingers despite living in the middle of KL.
Yes, VoLTE and 4G+ signals are intermittent and still unstable at the moment. The only appear once in a while.
It has always been blocked to prevent P2P except for some essential ports.I'm not sure how they were opened but it was not supposed to.

i sincerely want to help but only if you want to be helped, i kinda suspect what is this you are referring as 10-30mbps during peak hours (8pm-12am daily), do let me know if you are even willing to try

it is superficial, but not far from accurate, if you compare the "auto" speedtest run that would choose the nearest/lowest ping server with your inter connection to like you said EU/US server, then we both know where the problem lies, you know you can change the server to test in speedtest.net right?

and yes i agree routing for international connection is much better in celcom than digi
