As long as they never fix the 'quota' thing back to premigration style, you will never have internet as the 'quota' is exhausted

After continuous complaint, I finally get the free temporary 10gb but I am still not happy with their technical team

Today when i called digi (dont know this is which 'n'th time lo), they say they are still facing difficulties with both legacy plans in postpaid and prepaid. Somehow, the newer 2021 plans have no issue according to her la. This includes allocation of data (i think is quota) and plan management. They acknowledge that my plan, infinite, should get true unlimited quota like in t&c and not suppose to behave like the new postpaid. Then, she help me allocate the temporary 10gb.

Bill from which date of month probably is depends you register cycle I believe, I always in 1st of the month.
The website still appear as 999 GB and not reset to 0.

Normally on last time, they not reset for you if you not hit 1000 GB. This time it is stopping at 999 GB and no movement and they do reset for me but just I cannot know from website as website no reset, but speed test, streaming test and download test showing it is reset.

Andrewtst You are lucky. I am unable to request for reset. Tried callling 0162211800 and digi live at 1100AM, 1200PM and 1300PM.

They say unable to reset due to system error again. At least still got internet running

Dont worry, its already back to normal EXCEPT resetting quota.
Have requested on 21/11. 28/11, 01/12 and yesterday. Still pending them to reset.
Quota wise, I have used more than 1TB since finished the 999GB. Internet is still on but at 15Mbps Max
