hi all, my apartment no fiber optic connection but TIME says it is in their coverage.

Does it mean they will use VDSL as connection?
and that too means my speed will be limited/lower than 100Mbps?

Anyone has contact for fibre optic contractor in klang valley?  Our apartment's fibre optic (random units) got sabo. Time technician came in to check, couldn't do anything. Management Office want us to find/contact the contractor on our own. Thanks.

1. Can I just sign up with Time and they will handle the termination of Unifi?
2. I already have a TP-Link AC1200 router, it should work better than the provided router right?

Just get new 500mbs last week. So far can get 320mbs - 380mbs on 5ghz & 55-75 mbs on 2.4ghz. Is this consider good?

Also lan speed, download = 220mbs, upload = 500mbs. Wondering why download speed lower.

I also have mesh node but speed via node lower. Test 5ghz on node and get 190mbs. Lan produce slight better results of 200mbs for download and 370mbs for upload. What is the acceptable speed via node?

I got a question. Now I'm on Maxis broadband, but not fibre, only copper. Do I have to terminate Maxis first before I can get Time fibre? Or both can coexist?

Meaning if my area doesn't have TIME, u guys can arrange for installation for Time fiber ?

I urgently need an internet connection for work purposes. My question is, can I just buy another router and plug and play? Do I need to call TIME technician to configure the new router?
