The above clause is apply for Non contract new Time application packages.

100 mb and 500 mb packages - one time fee rm 400 need to pay upfront.

1 gb packages - one time fee rm 500 need to pay upfront.

In order to getting back either Rm 400 or Rm 500 one time fee above , user need to convert back to 24 month contact . The monthly rebate is rm 50 per month.(100 mb/500mb , utilise for 8 months , 1gb packages utilise for 10 month )


For your case senario , rm 50 rebate is non applicable to you as we believe u did not entered to a non contract packages before.(mean u never to pay rm 400 one time fee to Time before)
