I activated in mid Jan but only start to use yesterday due to renovation. However there was LOS (loss of signal) on my modem, again with the help of @yeapch01 I managed to get the installer to rectify this morning. Thanks @yeapch01. The installer, Mr Mark Ng (Skypod) has been most accommodating as well & prompt in service. Thanks Mark.

Is this TIME Fibre being installed or someone just pranking the whole apartment?

For the 3 years I've using Unifi, I only have 1 downtime and less than 5 times speed drop/high ping problem.
