im trying to upgrade my DIR-882 firmware. but i always get the error saying firmware is corrupted.

i also noticed my firmware version is 3.5.8TT which is totally different than the naming scheme Dlink uses like FW101.B2

does this mean this is time's own firmware revision?

router was given by TIME.

im trying to get 160mhz for my 5ghz but cant find the option.

from D-link's site, it's quoted to be able to run at 160mhz but with a firmware upgrade

thing is supposedly my phone supports 2x2 MIMO which puts its theoretical speed at 866mbps, but during speed tests I could only get 340mbps. however with wifi direct from one phone to another, the speed can hit up to 500mbps. any advise for this difference?

do u knw how to update the firmware for archer c1200 v1?

Newbie here + Longtime havnt logged on to Lowyat.
I just subsribed Time Fibre 500Mbps. If i wanted to use Asus RT-AC68U router for my Time Broadband. How do i know if it wont disrupt the internet speed?.

Need some advise. My condo only have coverage for Block B and C but mine in block A not available. My block are separate with different management with B and C. Went to management office only found out that they don't have a plan to bring in fully fibre. They are concern will affect the current Unifi and Maxis users after the upgrade.

Normally how the TIME installer pull the fibre cabling into a condo? TIME will sharing the existing line with Unifi or they install their own fibre in MDF room?
Any charges do JMB need to bear for the upgrade? TIME also request JMB to send in the proposal and my management don't know what kind of proposal or document they want too.

restarted both.. got better then become unstable.. yeah.. using the stock dustbin like router from TIME. Looks like it could not handle the speed/traffic beyond 100Mbps.. only me and my wife is using the line

Anyone know if the recently released TP-Link Archer C6 is reliable enough to support TIME 500Mbps over wired?

I know it's only AC1200 over wifi, but I'm not too concerned, as long as the LAN connection over the Gigabit ports and the overall reliability is as good as the more expensive C7.

Guess what, even 1G over wired LAN is possible. Tried and tested.

Not sure how it will handle when having a lot of devices connected tho. But on 3 devices, 1G is definitely achievable.

Got my C3150. Overall satisfied with it and I can get better coverage a few walls and closed door for my home office with 5ghz unlike my previous rt-ac1300uhp(it is still a good router)

Maybe I'm really old-school, but I'll be honest. I've never really found a use for a USB port on all my routers to date .

Damansara perdana people, does yr TIME experience disconnect? It wont disconnect when  i am using it but when i am not, it disconnects, everything is green lighted but my pc just show the connection disconnected.

need off and on the router for it to function again. Wondering if it is the construction that is happening for DASH or not

Happening here in Bandar Utama as well. Only started after it got auto-upgraded to 500Mbps.

Thought it was a problem with the old DIR-850L router, especially since I haven't been able to get anywhere near 500Mbps DL, even on LAN. Mostly getting around 120-130Mbps.

If the new Archer router arriving soon doesn't solve the problem, I may have to take it up with TIME CS when I stop travelling for work, and can be home for them to send their technician over.

before this doesnt have this particular problem, after the auto upgrade I am facing with this problem.
