The sold out one was right above the retail shops, overlooking the "main street" of the mall. Modern "shophouse" kinda concept.

This one is a new tower near Halo and Sunday.

So Exsim and Binastra come in rescue Empire City... Why mammoth dont sell off everything.. they still see the potential or the owner too attached.

The reason they dun sell anything in my opinion is bcos they dun own anything except ec2 land maybe???

Good move for exsim to launch affordable housing 1st at ec2.

Aset kayamas must tbe downszing due to new ph gov...

Exsim has no experiemce in managing mall??? Which company is born to managing mall??? Miller squarez buyers should be worried now?

Nobody will visit the mall seriously.....not that ldp link is short of malls......

From exsim land cost, rm400 sf is already profitable. Developers remain very greedy and perhaps there are still many sxxkers around.

perhaps you misunderstood.

your figures were related to mosaic, in EC1.

the affordable housing is at EC2, yet to launch until 3Q19. it was previously earmarked by aset kayamas.
