About this project, i get the info. If wrong...sifu² please correct ya.
1. Walking distance to Jln. Ipoh MRT (Station S11) via link bridge cross KTM track. 1km to walk?? Huh (not sure who's going to build).
2. Every floor hv 19 units and 7 elevator to serve the residents.
3. Main entrance will passing through under DUKE highway/flyover.
4. Access road through SK Sentul 1 & 2 still not confirm yet. Maybe objection by terrace house residence there. If cannot get access by car, small gate to in/out to make convenience.
5. It is about 100 meter distance/gap between residence building to DUKE highway. It is okay?
6. Maintenance fees/sinking fund RM0.28. so for 1050sqft around RM294/month.
7. Completion date 2022? 4 years??? So long to wait.
8. Ceiling height about 9.7 feet.
9. In layout plan there is no air cond ledge stated.
dont think its really walking distance unless u are used to walking more than 20 mins on a daily basis.... for such pricing... can't expect this project to be TOD projects also... considering they also quite generous on the car park slots already....
