developer mentioned tiada... there is no lift door for facilities floor of bebas block.... all the facilities of rumawip is at the padang bola there and rooftop....

for rumawip... two facings also gt facilities view... either facing bebas facilities or facing rumawip facilities... but bebas facilities can see cannot use... unless u gt frens stay there

wa... this project punya bebas block hearsay from 438psqft onwards... wa... sibeh affordable man for a freehold KL project... with 40+ facilities somemore... surrounded by schools...

i think most developments that have klcc/trx view... most probably also facing a road in front of them... its either an artery road or highway... haha...

but from my fren's unit at The Leafz just beside sg besi highway... overnight at his hse before... not as noisy as I tot... as for dusty... my fren never mentioned anything... his unit facing klcc view... + sg besi highway + nirvana just in front of him.... laugh.gif laugh.gif
