Anyone knows what is VAS / Content Downloads ???
Just saw in my current bill , VAS/ContentDownloads - 28123_Techninier_GL RM3.0 and 28282_ON_KJ for multiple similar charges. I've never subscribe to anything before. |

Is the monthly bill statement that costs RM3.00 compulsory ? I went to their service center and request to cancel their statement but they refuse to do so stating that its compulsory and I cannot cancel ? Anything I can do to it ? As I really dont need that statement !
