My phone cannot receive incoming calls... but I can call out without any problem. Does anyone know why? I'm using an old phone (Redmi Note 5). This problem only started happening after umobile sms me about some 5G / VoLTE update or something like that. Do I need to get a new phone?

I noticed that when people call me my 4G data connection disappears and turn into "E"

That means your phone doesnt support VOLTE so it cant call when in 4gLTE. so it switches to 2g for the call to go through. once call over it should go back to 4g.

should i switch from digi postpaid 40 to umobile postpaid 38?

yup! used to get around 600plus mbps at non peak hours. now average speed is 200plus mbps around Taman OuG area.

another way under U Mobile is to top up RM365 for one year validity

can share or sell your excess credit with friends and family

theoretically, the cost of sharing out all that credit in RM10 blocks is far less than RM30 (RM365/10.50 x 0.50 = RM17.38?)

recipient will receive RM9.80 for each transaction, meaning further losses of RM6.95

just need to watch the limits on sharing credit, such as maximum of RM10 per day and RM100 per month

Wife plans to port out from digi. Have 3 numbers parked to her name. Does umobile can manage all numbers in one phone & one app?

max topup validity umobile is rm100 for 120days...after rm101 still 120days if i not mistaken

U Mobile is an exception. There is even an RM365 top up option in MyUmobile app.

Every RM1 top up is equivalent to 1 day extension of active period from the day of top up. The maximum active period is 365 days.
