Just lodge a report to Umobile, they had shutdown 3G services and those phone without VOLTE will have issue receiving calls if you are on a 4G network. you need to switch to 2G Edge to receive calls... so bullshit
*
Ehhh just checked my area still can use 3G for calls. So finally they've started shutting down 3G services huh

Bro, 3G shutdown was announced years ago and has been down for quite a while now
And also, most phones already support VoLTE

what device are you using?

and if you are asking why not just keep 3G up forever, its the same as why analog tv got shut down, to make way for newer technologies like 5G, which may reuse the same channels/bands/frequency
*
As i posted before, when 3G shutdown, umobile still left 3G on, but only for call
As that time i still using device no volte, when someone calling, internet auto cut off, and drop to 3G

Anyone here port in from Hotlink b4?

Yes it is. I have tried doing so overseas. I have unlimited call and when I'm calling back to Malaysia while overseas using wifi calling, there are no extra charges.

All you need is a wifi connection. No need rely on roaming telco connection. Good when you stay in hotel and use the hotel wifi to connect and call home for free.

.
IINM, we can still buy RM5 topup or reload cards or codes for our U Mobile prepaid lines from other sources = extend validity by 5 days and grace period by 60 days, ie no need to topup RM30 via the MyUMobile app.
....... Some subscribers of Fiber or Mobile 4G/5G Broadband Internet plans using routers often do minimum topups/reloads of RM5 every 60 days for their prepaid phone plans, eg the combination of U Home 5G BB plan and a basic Umo or Digi prepaid phone plan.
