Frankly, I also have tried to use MAXIS Hotlink and Digi on the beginning of this year. But I don't find any difference in speed among them with my usage patterns.

Even with super heavy rain for many hours, my U Mobile is still 4G and I can watch 720p dramas within the period.

Like I said depends on your location. I travel alot so I can't depend on umobile because electric trips are usually in small towns. If traffic jam at highway guarantee Internet slow or no Internet. I don't mind speed I just want to use it comfortable not youtube buffering every 5 to 10 seconds.

Stable means I can rely on Internet 24/7 not get another Internet telco in case umobile goes down.

U Mobile sympathisers as mentioned by MOD LYN don't understand... Their price offered is good. That I won't denied.. BUT their service sucks big.. slow & no stability... Got 4G signals, but still cannot load? Then what's the issues? Cheapo phone used πŸ˜‚πŸ˜…πŸ€£ if cheapo phone.. won't even get 4G signal lorh... Keep spin2 & divert from main issues... Blame others factors 🀭 then silently go play report bottom like no tomorrow... Typical "Fanboy" attitude πŸ˜‘

And keep digging old post too..
Just to cover up their weakness πŸ˜‚
And achieve monthly target πŸ€‘

You are right just you imagine cheap phone with cheap hardware will have worse performance. Yeah sometimes got 4G and H+ nothing load show no Internet

You are still using UMobile's postpaid Hero P70 phone plan which was launched in 2015. The P70 plan is no more available since about 2 years ago. Why have you used UMobile for so long if it no longer satisfied your needs.?
.
*
Its very simple Mr. Troller. Company pays the bill so why do i care whether i satisfy or not? Its one of a simcard in my dual sim phone. I have 3 phones

Others in your working place didn't complaint about it?
Or just silent only since company pays.. why do I care..

For personal use, better use other non U Mobile Telco service. Peace of mind 🀭
*
all complaint but boss pay money. We used to be using maxis corporate and switch to umobile because cheaper. Then for the last few years maxis lowest plan was RM98.

The main CEO already port out from umobile to maxis MOP98 only leave us all in umobile because P70 to MOP98 is increase of expenses so boss rejected.

Likely, from the point of view of your employer, he only needs to pay for your phone plan mainly for you to make free unlimited local calls in carrying out your work duties, ie not for him to pay for your use of 3G/4G Internet data. Hence, cheaper UMobile phone plans that have no problem making calls satisfy his need to provide phone-employee-benefits but did not always satisfy your personal need for 24/7 Internet data, eg for Youtubing and online gaming. Your employer had no intention of paying your phone bills for you to do online gaming or other non-Productivity usage - similar to the government's free daily 1GB 8am to 6pm for only online education and Productivity websites/apps usage.

Most celco subscribers already know that new-comers UMobile, YES and Unifi Mobile are not the old-established Big 3 celcos with better overall 4G coverage, speed and service. So, if you want the best celco for 4G/3G Internet data for your personal online gaming or video-streaming or other non-Productivity usage, you should subscribe to the Big 3 as an extra subscription to your employer-provided phone plan. Your problem solved.
.

i am not complaining about my line i dont care. You seems to care. I using HUP35 and celcom broadband. I am talking about stability of telco umobile not about your always satisfy your personal need 24/7 internet data , eg for youtubing and online gaming. So if your employer has no intention of paying for you to do online gaming or other non-porductivity usage too bad for you. Maybe you want a better connection maybe you should be the boss or find a better boss? If you cant afford TOO BADDDD rclxs0.gif

But mine He is paying my celcom broadband Rm100 a month. I am using that for gaming at minimum 20mbps with huawei B618 router love the speed dual band easily 20mbps to 40mbps than watch netflix youtube 100GB. I get 3 bars to 5 bars with wifi. While my umobile i use mostly for the unlimited calls and data i hardly use.

See my data plenty. You wanna use my data? i am just wasting it every month ke ke ke

Brother, no need to waste your time and energy to explain and debate with them.

They will not stop saying the bad of U Mobile until U Mobile closes the company.

For those who are satisfied with U Mobile 4G networks, just keep on using it.

For those who are unsatisfied, just port out immediately and don't waste your money.
*
I am not a share holder umobile so I don't need bad mouth or accuse maybe you work for umobile.

For us as a user that pay we just want what we pay for with our money like my case I wanna port out but its not my say its company say so means I can continue sharing my experience of umobile with u all

You've a history in TM threads trying to downtalk and defend the telco from my observation in the broadband & network section of this forum.

TM from my experience is the dirtiest and most dishonest telco company in Malaysia. It has in for these last few years recorded the most MCMC complaints.
*
You have a history trying down fall a telco? I don't understand why you wanna do that. Why don't you report to mcmc? Why wanna trashtalk people? From observation its just a service you can gather everyone here to report to the right body right? I think that more effective right?

I harap my advice can tolong you clear your mind.

Last advice let the admin & moderator do their job dont try act as one

It's quite clear that UMobile does not satisfy your personal need for Internet data when you are out-of-town, travelling, playing online games and video-streaming, even though UMobile does satisfy your company's need for its workers to be able to make free unlimited calls at all times.
....... So, again it's user problem and/or user's company problem, not celco problem.

Most celco subscribers know that Celcom is the best celco for out-of-town and travelling coverage for 3G/4G Internet data.
.
*
Like I said if you feel you have a problem with umobile just port out. This Is a forum discussion place not fan room. I cant port out because like I said I don't pay the bill. If you can sponsor my bill on another telco would be great.

This I agree this the biggest advantage of umobile..

I also.curious what good umobile since its not.for gaming, not for browsing, not for streaming, not for out of town use, not for work

Cant blame him. If he really marketing department he don't understand why umobile is slow and the worse when congested.

He never stuck in 2 hours traffic jam with umobile suddenly no Internet. While my maxis still usage at the same spot

Ask this of your boss/employer why he "forced" you to subscribe to the cheaper UMobile P70 4G phone plan for so many years of suffering, eg not for gaming, not for out-of-town use, etc. Bet you kecut bola to tell off your boss about no-good UMobile.
.
*
Why you wanna bola kecut? I tak paham. My umobile is for work if boss can't get me I can blame umobile haha.

BTW maxis corporate agent already contacted us
Now in the process for porting.

Yea that’s why I go for umobile from Celcom/Yoodo. Most of time at home or office as long as these 2 places with decent 4g I am ok. I am not gamer on mobile. I have a high speed unifi at home for my ps4 and streaming needs. At the end of the day it all depends on requirement, then find the celco that best suit the need.
*
You are right for me if you stay in city and not so congested area (not too many umobile users . The line is good

I previous got use the "dumb" phone.
But damn after change the "dumb" phone, then kena 3rd party content sms straight hilang RM2/week.

Then change to the latest smartphone, even you off your mobile data, still charge PAYU...
Asking the telco, they say even you off the mobile data. But there is intermittent data transactions for 4G connections.. Weird dun know why... sweat.gif

So you ask me how to avoid both thing? Force you change other plan or jump to other telco?
Best way throw away the number.. shakehead.gif
*
I am on hotlink with PAYU. I see many people kena the 3rd party content sms. I dont simply give people my number even i got 5 to 6 numbers never kena before.

For mobile data payu i just use with dual sim and point data to my number without PAYU.
