Umobile there 4 testing phase

Phase 1 - 8am to 7pm
Phase 2 - 7pm to 2am
Phase 3 - 2am to 8am
Phase 4 - Festival holidays

The critical phase is phase 2 usually slow and congested you barely achieve 2mbps so better you test out at your area.

Umobile agent said is your device problem not umobile. He manage get 12.16mbps or u didn't test enough in your area or your sim card problem or your employer problem last the agent will say you tak suka keluar hahaha

With Malaysia standards I think I dont see the point having 5G. According to the umobile agent its our device problem not telco. Even you get unlimited it will be capped between 1mbps to 6mbps those dont need 5G. I think it will take another 10 years at least for 5G to be stable in malaysia.
