IOW, your credit limit is not for you to delay paying your postpaid monthly bill by more than 2 weeks or 1 month. Similarly for your 'postpaid' monthly TNB electricity bill, ie must pay within 2 weeks or e-supply cut.

Covid 19 Shown us many Good and Bad Things

Below is my suffering & Painful Experience

More than 1 year ago, My Wife SIM Card broke down.
I had to Drive all the Way to U Mobile Center in Sunway Pyramid to get a New One.
I had to pay for it.

It sucks as We did not have any physical contact with the SIM Card.
Somehow, the Quality Sucks and it Spoilt, which I had to pay for it with Money, Time, and Action.
I believe U Mobile outsource the SIM Card maker based on the Lowest price and Lowest Quality Manufacturer.

On the 2nd Week of MCO, my son SIM Card Spoilt.
I called U Mobile Support Center. Informed them the problem and request them to mail a Replacement SIM Card to me. I’m willing to pay for them.

The Guy's name was Visnu.
He gave me a Standard reply, there is nothing they can do from the Technical Support Center
If the Technical Support Center Cannot Support, is there any meaning to this?
Visnu Attitude can tell me he wanted so bad to end the call and would not go extra mile to find a way to help me

I asked to be transfer to the Manager in Charge, a guy Named Satish
I had to repeat everything. I insist that he try to get Help from Higher Management to help me
No mobile phone meaning many things cannot be done
He promises to get help and will call me
I further asked to him to call me back everyday day to update me the progress.

A Promise which was broken and never heard back from them

I paid the Bill for One and a Half months for Nothing.
My son needs the mobile to attend Online Classes.
He needs this to get confirmation from new Website from SMS, Which is not working

Today, I went to Celcom to port my Numbers to Celcom
Celcom team informed me that A Spoilt SIM Card, which needs to be more than 6 months old, they will give it for Free with No Charges.

Goodbye U Mobile, Your Service Sucks and you are Disgraces to the Modern World. Insanely Low Quality of Service, focusing only to make money to the Owner & Never Aim to offer Good Services to Humanity.

Same to you Singtel. You Purchase a portion of U mobile but you never change to aim for better service. Instead, you think only to get more Malaysian Money to your own Pocket. You should be ashamed of yourself

I think I will go to try this Yandex Browser soon and see whether its performance can beat Chrome or not.

celcom, digi, maxis, unifi bebas air LTE . umobile, yes are telcos with own network

well they did mention about controlling the traffic @ abuse (if they found unusual pattern).
so to give better quality services compared with U Mobile or even Digi 

BUT some says can stream / surf full speed @ 30++ Mbps during that time

In my personal experience, yes.

Even Yoodo is part of Celcom, they have their own office, marketing and customer service team and even they have their own management head.

So, even if Celcom owned Yoodo and their head report directly to Celcom's CEO, they have different peoples and strategies. Yoodo in my view, caters for those who need more affordable data plan than any Celcom plans and willing to sacrifice anything else.

By the way, sorry for hijacking the thread about U Mobile. Also I am not any way related to Celcom or Maxis, just my own experience as their happy subscriber.

Without U Mobile GX plans, do you think you all can have HUP and XUP now?

Had you found out why the internet was not running on U Mobile even it has 3 bars on your phone?

Without U Mobile GX plans which was launched on 2018, I believe MAXIS definitely will not increase the data quota for their postpaid users and launched their Hotlink unlimited data and call plan this month.

Same with CELCOM XPAX.

Businesspeople are not stupid to do that.

There are no perfect telco in Malaysia. It depends on the location.

Many are not jumping into U Mobile not because U Mobile is really bad in their locations. But is because they heard from those who were working in the phone shops saying that U Mobile is bad without trying it themselves.

I also one of them before 11 July 2018 because I also have many friends who worked in different phone shops in Ipoh.

But when I saw one of them started using U Mobile, including all his staffs in all branches, I was curious and wanted to try and see how U Mobile performed in my locations.

Do u think the quality of hardware used by umobile is not on par or just the deployment engineering/technique is just so so?
