The article is legit based on my history of cases involving MCMC...
Maxis = 3 cases (str8 got banned/deny list from me... LOL)
DiGi = 1 case
Celcom = 1 case
YES = 1 case

Ther rest are satisfactory solutions rendered by After-Services Support "department" including UM. Keep up the good work...!

If GX38 DL/UL speed for HSDPA is below 1Mbps all the time, me gonna cancel the intention to MNP lahhhhh... Why UM do this "H+ restrictions" ....? Cost-cutting exercise is it....?

CUP35 doesn't care whether 4G kaaa... 4G+ kaaa.... H+ kaaa... DL/UL speed is as per advertised.... CUP35 can still streaming 1080P even if H+ leeeyyyy with more than 10 seconds Readahead summore....

It's OK to just dive directly to GX-series because they are non-Contractual plans... can MNP-o anytime if we don't mind to go thru the hassle to MNP-o later...

So, no need to test... just str8 MNP-i to GX-series...

It's a mysterious issue... Didn't lock to LTE Only... All default settings until need to change to WCDMA mode to receive TAC ... Once received the TAC, change back to auto spectrum... Move to other locations (with auto-spectrum mode), still not receiving TAC... the cycle continues...put the SIM to Poco F1, Sammy Note5, LeMoto P2... all the same frustrations...

As highlighted earlier, it happens after SEPTEMBER 2019...before that it was A-OK (auto-spectrum mode all the time...)... the 1st report made to UM CS is that they admitted to have gotten a lot of calls regarding this during SEPTEMBER 2019 because they have "upgraded" their so-called "system".... Some1 didn't do the config properly during their "upgrading" process...a reset is required perhaps...LOL...

Also, me forget to mention, one of me-owww's other UM line (the U28 postpaid) also suddenly barred in SEPTEMBER 2019.... Bill is negative (overpaid) also kena barred... Called CS, they admitted the system is haywire after the upgrading.... the line is un-barred on the same day.... nasib baik tak report to MCMC...LOL...

UM CS and relevant Support Team is doing a good job handling me-owww's cases... usually solved within 2 man-days... so, no need MCMC involvement...

But that TAC issue, for more than six (6) months occurrence, is something mystery...last-last, MNP-o to CUP35... no TAC issue be it LTE or H+ zones (auto-spectrum mode all the time....)

Edy confirmed bank(s) is/are not directly involved... Even bank(s) instructed me to refer back to telco.... They have done whatever they can to solve it but they (banks) claimed that other UM accounts do have similar cases as well even though not many...

Again, it only starting to happen by SEPTERMEBR 2019.... before was A-OK.... mystery isn't it...?

And every now and then (not all the time definitely), we can see TAC not receive issue emerges from time to time by other LYN members... it's really-really-really mystery when it only involves "certain" UM Subscribers.... how any percentage? Only UM knows the answer.... Tak kan lah loyal Subscribers (3 years 2 months account) also kena like this.... really mystery....

Hypothesis:
Maybe need to change the SIM card can solve agaknya... me-owww's SIM card is 3 years old age...LOL... Too old until the latest and upgraded tech cannot recognize the 3 years old SIM card....LOL...
