anyone using Astro IPTV got free upgrade on speed or price reduced?

i have called up to check..
condo using copper will not get upgrade to 30Mb but price will be reduced..

this is because(as per technical team explanation):

Copper support up to 30Mbps..
20Mbps used to IPTV
10Mbps spare for internet..

if need to get the upgrade to 30Mbps internet, will need the infra to be upgraded to Fibre cable..

and maxis is riding on TM infra, so unless TM upgrade for your condo, then no choice stuck with 10Mbps only.. although price reduce..

After dealing with Astro more than half a year trying to understand why IPTV user has to pay a hefty internet price of RM148 for 100Mbps TIME Broadband. The same package is now currently offered at RM99, finally Astro confirmed they will not revise the pricing. They suggest switch to satellite and then subscribe with TIME separately. What a brilliant idea I should say and I guess is time to terminate ASTRO service.

Would like to ask the guru here any recommendation where to watch local mandarin news online? That's probable the only thing I will miss with ASTRO.

Finally i terminated my astro IPTV maxis....bye bye sucker...my contract ended then straight away go cancel...

im waiting my unifi 100mbps with tv foooking cheap weh..only RM159...

After the free upgrade to 30 mbps, the internet download/upload speed had been really bad for past few months. Did anyone face the same issue?

install kodi on your smartphone or desktop and add the livetv chinese news.
