I think the cs in Maxis did not understand that they can connect to faster speed broadband.

i'm really considering cancelling the astro IPTV + maxis broadband package and then reinstall astro only + unifi.

Astro PVR is only able to work with IPTV? normal astro cannot work?

contacted astro. they are studying and expecting to revise their package by the end of November 2018. so let's wait, 1 more month to go.

Just received my Astro IPTV Maxis 10MBps bill for October. Did u get the RM37 rebate they mentioned? How did you request for this? Via email or call? Care to share?

current iptv service cover all malaysia ke? must combo with certain limited isp some more. not everyone can apply.

Hello guys, I'm not sure if there is a dedicated thread for Astro IPTV, so I'm asking here. I just recently canceled the Astro IPTV + Maxis service, the internet speed is way too miserable and I don't watch Astro anymore, so I switched to Time instead. Just wondering if you guys know what are the items Astro will collect back? Does the collection include the optical fibre? I'm asking because Time will install before the collection, so I need to remove the stuff for Time technician to do the installation.

I called Astro IPTV (Maxis), no upgrade (10mbps) because using copper wire. Cannot support broadcasting, their engineer said.

Called Maxis to enquire for new account application, their cs say copper wire can support 30mbps, advice me to walk in to Maxis center to apply.

so anyone get the upgrade yet?

Finally upgraded mine from 10mbps to 30mbps.    

upgraded under system ( my account ) but not the actual, please run speed test.
