luckily i read this thread..
because i checked my account also shows 30Mbps but speed test is 10Mbps only..
looks like im not the only one without speed upgrade altho acc shows otherwise..

i have called up to check..
condo using copper will not get upgrade to 30Mb but price will be reduced..

this is because(as per technical team explanation):

Copper support up to 30Mbps..
20Mbps used to IPTV
10Mbps spare for internet..

if need to get the upgrade to 30Mbps internet, will need the infra to be upgraded to Fibre cable..

and maxis is riding on TM infra, so unless TM upgrade for your condo, then no choice stuck with 10Mbps only.. although price reduce..
