so far all other service provider already upgrade speed with interesting package. currently using astro iptv 30MB...is there any news for iptv to upgrade?

This is the reason why I stop Astro IPTV. I used to subscribe Astro+TIME at 30mb until the time where TIME launched the 300mb package. I called and asked Astro can I subscribe TIME at 300mb and then Astro connect to that 300mb. Well, its the same internet provider but at faster speed. Guess what Astro said? Their machine cannot support such fast speed. Hence, tak boleh. I had to continue paying close to 200 for 30mbs. Thats when I cancel as I find it ridiculous.

I think he was talking about why no cable TV since satellite TV during rain no service.

Now of course no one will provide cable TV service because IPTV makes more sense nowadays.

I think the cs in Maxis did not understand that they can connect to faster speed broadband.

correction, IPTV services and CS handle by Astro IPTV..they have reps there..so if u called maxis or time, they will as u to call iptv cs

My parent using this service, astro iptv with maxis fibre. I tried calling astro, they say they are still negotiating terms with maxis for the high speed package.

Maybe we need Gobind Singh Deo's help in the negotiation.

which package are you guys using?

mine is still at a ridiculous pricing of around 300 bucks for astro + 10 mbps maxis broadband.

I think it's time we create a petition of sorts and bring it to Maxis. The last time Time upgraded the speed for everyone on the standalone package, Astro took 1 year to follow suit.....that's bullshit given that there's nothing much to do to be on par with what TIME or Maxis is offering today.

But good enough for me. Furthermore mine is considered free with their previous promotion bundled together with internet package.
