is it normal procedure to receive call after service? I serviced my car on monday... today i received a call from sc, ask me my car got any problem or not?
I said example what problem?
SC : Any problem you encounter? We are just checking
Me : I only drive once after that day, so far i think no problem. Why suddenly ask like this?
SC : No prob, we just call up and check after 3 day for all customer.
Me : Really ? Previously i didnt get this call, did your side miss out anything?
SC : No, we just check, no worries. If have any issue please call back and let us know.
Me : Ok, thanks...

I went to this sc like since i get my car. . 1st service and previous service is in my home town, and remaining service is with this SC. .
I woonder izzit previous i service in my hometown then they try to provide me better service, or new sop..

how long ago?
normally i service in selangor... this sc only call me once during my 1st time... then no call and i visit there frequently, some of their sales advisor know me.
then last year oct i service in kuantan i think didnt get call..
then this year apr i service back in the sc in selangor and they call me haha..

hmmm hopefully haha... this sc is growing.... last time i go walk in or wad also a while only.. now alot restriction like booking also hard..
then i realize this sc many time cz my dash cam...
they always do this..
take my car, go chg oil etc like normally. (normally within 30min.. i put ccar there maybe 10-20 min after quotation etc... then the ppl drive to their behind service area, chg my oil etc less than 10min)
then drive my car to carwash place put there like 1-3hr.. (normally around 2hr) last week i go is 3hr, maybe lunch time they put my car another hr..
then later on tell me my car is done... i thought they hv alot car to do, but actually they done already but park at car wash there for few hr wasting my time wait in sc..
you all have same practice?

haha, i like this sc is they nvr simply add thing for me... they quote, i think first time they add alot, then i ask remove all...
then after that, each time service they follow the booklet item.. and i sometimes ask them remove cabin filter pollen, i own buy also no need so exp...
maybe they saw my history they know i only service the required thing, thus they do not simply add for me.

i didnt request, they give it FOC without inform me.. i dont like people wash my car cz sometimes they cause scratches.. sometimes i will ask no car wash thanks..
normally if my car clean they wont wash it, but this time they wash it even my car just wash 1 week ago..
since from dash cam i see is they tembak water, then should be ok since only water wash without chemical etc..
my waiting time is not in car wash, cause normally car wash they wash it very fast less than 10 min...
after wash they put in the area few hr only drive to me...

your rear axle what prob? your rim aftermart or original? each time i heard about these suspension related item i scare one day i kena... sometimes my front got weird sound but not always have, very hard to diagnose.
my rim aftermart around 2year owning ori rim, then i keep my ori rim another half year.. after 2 year n half(car age) i i sold it .. then now my car age 3 n half year..

sc will check for us each time service? i havent change mine and clocked 60k... i am not aggresive braking guy... my gf brake aggresive with her myvi, now 5th year sc told her need change... and her mileage is around 50k.. haha..

TRW and bendix i heard before... is bendix better? which produce less dust?

Yes, usually SC will check on 50-60k onwards.. Mine was replaced on 90k mileage (could have change on 100k but safety first 😅)

Welcome to the club, although mine first jerking came out 3years+ after taken my car. Nothing much can be done except gib SC checking.

Pray hard that the jerking occur when the foreman is driving else they will tell you can't find any problem (that's wat I had).. So yea I fed up ody, now my solution is to whack the gb and the problem seldom come out anymore 🤷🏻‍♂️..

willl VSA kicks in and save you from swirling in road like karak? sometimes i feel my car going to lost control when i hentam karak with speed...
anyone try to lost control to see if vsa works? haha sometimes i see those kelisa hentam karak damn fast,,, i press 130-140 in cornering i also abit worried those kelisa swirling, but surprisingly they did not even the rear wheel pressure so high during taking corner..

VSA can help (emphasize: HELP) to correct the car when it starts to lose control but once the slide goes above VSA threshold, which nobody seem to know, then only ur God can help you.

VSA is there to assist when you unexpectedly losing control, its not for you to test its limits unless you have Takumi skills to save the day. Even then, Takumi wouldn't dare do it on a FWD Honda. Stay on the safe side.

P.S Kelisa has surprisingly very good handling, thanks to its lower center of gravity, wider track, good power/weight ratio, and better front/rear weight distro. But to drive that fast up touge hills, it would have been modded or the driver got balls of vibranium. Another common car that can put up a fight is Wira, having similar characteristics except p/w ratio.

of cz i know my limit as i am quite frequent travel the route.. but i am curious on VSA as i only triggered it once or two... 1 time in raining day with alot of water in road side of straight road my car did not lost control, just saw vsa light triggered...
2nd time is cornering in tunnel, i am in bad mood and go higher speed than i usual go, then i heard tyre stretching sound, but my car did not lose control and i dont know is vsa triggered or not as my eye watching on road instead of meter..

just wondering what is the limit to trigger vsa, must be super aggressive and lost to center gravity of the vehicle i guess...

yea, kelisa is damn slow when up hill, i drive it before... but surprisingly i see the karak kelisa even chase those big segment car till they give way haha, i just see from back in some distance..either they have some balls by not reducing any speed or its modded with better power..

My old car have wide rim wide tyre 215width , suspension kit.. no rasa...
now i city cant whack like my old car.. because city suspension very soft.. i only chg tyre and rim to abit wide.. stock lagi not dare...

Hard braking  while avoiding the obstacle/ cone , aka ABS function, definitely one of the lesson. High speed cornering....err......the lesson is sharp turn while maintaining 60km/h-70km/h without knocking off the cone aka activation of VSA  biggrin.gif

Which vios? I only sit my friend same generation as our city.. Current generation idk...
Won't diff alot with the 185/65 or 185/60 am.. City I feel already quite low originally.. I kena bumper below the plastic scratch at bottom few time before

Key battery is in the right side, the fuel meter there got indicator.. Yours that 1 is push start... Quite common problem

Haha plz share... Btw if we do hard braking got light in our dashboard cluster? So far I drive so long I only hard brake twice... One time I realize my double signal auto on.. Today is sudden bike come in btw lane when I wanna overtake then I hard brake I saw some red light near meter but a blink of eye cz night time jz now..

That day when drive my key light sudden on.. The one which member here said its starter problem... But the next day it gone itself.. Anyone have same problem?

Then when drive with full load 3ppl with 2 big luggage when pass bump got sound... Maybe I pass the bump abit fast due as normally I pass with 1 driver speed so it stress the suspension?

And 3rd question, do you guys apply brake each time swith N to D and did you guys release throttle when apply D to S?

I encounter last week, then I off car and on again the light there.. Then next day I turn on the car the light go off till now.. How long you get after claim? Invoice so cheap mea I thought they said 4digit price tag

i dont think will broke if open properly... if broke like this those accessories shop open so many car and broke all liao lo...
i open more than 5 time and still ok...
other part like below car the bumper area open a few time, and damage 2 clip... its depend luck and how you open as for the below bumper area is diff clip i dmg bcz i dont have proper equipment.

tyre and fender u need check the rim offset... if too oout then kena fender... so must inside abit but not too in
