Mcm mounting problem

Wasn't mounting will happen all the time and will not gone when car is running hot right?

Thats the thing, its hard for me to purposely replicate the scenario where the sound comes. So I worry if bring to specialist they might not find it..

Mounting problem normally doesn’t just manifest as sound. There should be actual vibration, per my limited experience with the Honda gm6 and my previous Nissan g11. If it’s only sound and it goes away when the engine is warm, maybe it’s something else then.

To my suprise, it happend too.


Btw, has anyone got any recommendation for titanium brake pad brand ?
Changed once at 78000km, now tinggal about 3-4mm by my inspection at milleage 125000km.
I tot honda original one come with titanium brake pad that will last >100k km

Been using bendix pad after stock one finished... No bad...

Metal king or the general GT? HOW is the iron dust production? How long it can last?

General GT, just normal use.... Just used for 20k now... Dust a bit more that stock pad.

Yes, checked. It is affected. Website mentioned please wait for letter from Honda and schedule appointment with SC. But already wait for week since this announcement, receive nothing. Just checking in if any of you got the letter about this.

I would like to check with you guys do you have this kind of issue with braking.

If I suddenly press the brake pedal very hard, it will produce a knock knock sound on the front disc brake. May I know is it normal or I should replace the front brake pad?

dude, have you changed your rear suspension?
what is the mileage and the reason you changed it?

In early 2021 I changed to Nashin pads and rotors at Kakimotor Sunway. Due to the more aggressive pad compound and slotted rotors, I had to change the pads within 1.5 years. Subsequently changed to Brembo pads and then swapped back to original pads and discs after almost another 1.5 years.

I got quoted rm560 for front brake pad and rm140 for disc skimming at Honda SC.

Is this a fair price?

Brake change after 75,000km

Ori price.
If not go out try other brake pad.
If u are well aware and do regular inspection, can change the brake pad when needed, or when below 3mm.

if change windscreen , change at Uncle Cermin is it Ori ? thou he do mention ori price xD

Reason change cause at night i see the light all spread but then no crack o . =.=
Do you guys facing the light glare alot ?
I even suspect tinted but even changed same.
