not iphone X, using XR here but which social media app?

Since we're on the wireless charger topic,

Im in a market for one too, to minimize the cable clutter on my table - Imaging charging an iPad, an iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods on the same table 😂

Anyway Im leaning towards a Wireless charger + Apple Watch charger, found a couple but needs to be purchased from overseas. Found a couple of decent Chinese brands, however I am skeptical of the charging placement - some chargers requires the phone to be placed precisely on the charging coil, otherwise it will not charge.

I'll consider the Nomad Charging Base Station Apple Watch Edition, around $150 (USD), but currently it is OOS until end Jan. Hmm

Myself been comparing few as well, at the end went for energizer power bank with wireless

Makes you wonder where is Apple’s AirPower

Yeah even knockoffs are releasing it ahead of the 'original' one

Wonder how long will it take to be released to the public.

Probably we'll get an announcement in Apple's traditional March keynote... hopefully along with a refreshed iPad Mini

Guys, i want to ask your opinion in changing from XR to X. Is it a downgrade? or not much changes?

I experienced X which my wife using it

So far I prefer XR over X, in terms of faster

-face id
-battery due to screen
-dual-sim
-one generation newer processor

Design wise, ignoring the color, X quality does felt better but it's glass so most likely you will cover with case like everybody iphone so it make no difference

For me it will be a downgrade of performance
- XR better battery life than X
- XR better processor than X
- XR bigger screen than X
- XR faceid better than X

Only thing X win XR is the screen, which is not a factor for me because the XR screen for me is good enough
As or the stainless steel sides, actually I prefer the XR aluminium sides bcos it gets way less scratches compared to my previous X

Oh forgot the camera on the X has dual camera compared to single camera XR. I very rarely used the second telephoto lens on my previous X until i forgot about it

For me the battery life itself is a downgrade. I’m very, very satisfied with the battery of the Xr. And I agree with the rest, the only things you’d be missing are the telephoto lens and the OLED screen but I’ve had the X and Xs Max before the Xr, and I don't miss those at all

is it still worth it if wanna change to X now?

I take a lot of photography with phone so is it worth taking the X than the Xr? But I’ve heard things about the poor battery life from X so I’m like hesitating 🤔

Anyone facing Grab Apps couldn't launch after Grab Apps update? I have problem load my Grab for near to two months. Stuck on Grab word and hang there.

If you take a lot of portrait shots and need optical zoom, then the dual lens of the X is definitely a plus over the XR, but if you take more scenery shots and what not, then you'll find the Smart HDR feature of the XR to be a big plus over the X. And yes, the battery life of the X is average at best. The XR is far better, however you'll be making other compromises like a "lower res" LCD screen and no 3D Touch.

I did face this a couple of months ago as well but I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it's been working fine ever since. Just used it last week, in fact.
