i don' thv hamster i canot compare sorry hehe..... but i prefer gerbils as they r more active, rarely bite, n odourless..

Compared to hamster they are less smelly...no need to clean as often.....but they chew and climb more, have to take care of getting a proper housing for them, otherwsie tehy escape, injure themselves or destroy all the things in the cage.

hahahha.. i can never be so disciplined to clean too many tanks. that's why for now i only have 1 cage and 1 tank. At most I add another tank that's all. =P

I'm also lazy to clean thats why I rather spend more on good bedding so that I don't have to clean my 5 tanks so often..haha

oh what you use? breeder's celect ah? lol.. I tried using corn corb+chipsi but quite ex so i stop using the mix. Chipsi can last me for around 2 weeks.
