I received latest bill after downgrade to 100mbps @RM129. But i was charged RM10 for downgrade fee. Anyone having the same?

i'm living in Condo, will i get to Turbo as well? My condo building is still using the copper cable

Does anyone know, if I downgrade to 100Mbps, am I entitle for the 600 minutes free call?  My current package doesnt come with free call.

I don't know why when they turbo the Lite, they just don't match it with the new RM129 100M package, ie with STD20 added. After all that is what new users get and also existing users who switch to it.  At least this would have made the 100M package standard for all users and cut down on the package variations. And after all, Lite users do have option to switch anyway and get the STD20. Only difference is the contract extension.

Must check your bill details. I think last time Lite is RM99 Internet + RM30 VAR pack = RM129. Maybe now its RM129 Internet - RM30 discount + RM30 VAR pack = RM129.
I think this might be a reason that if the 50M is true, it has not come out yet. If not, many Lite users may switch to that. But after turbo, maybe cannot switch as its downgrade with penalty maybe. Could be why more Lite users getting turbo now.

FYI,

Due to my high rise building cannot support more than 30mbps, I am not allowed to take RM129 100mbps package. So TMPoint offered me RM119 30mbps unlimited quota package.

Renew to 2 year contract and without any penalty charged. Switched while within 2 years contract.

RM179.. I not sure what is STD20.. I only used the Internet

But whatever is inside RM179, only price changed, every other things still remain.. Including hypptv

IF TM stops turbo-upgrade now, most of those who havent got the upgrade n are paying high fees of >rm159 would definately swarm over to tmpoint to change to the rm129 or rm159 100Mbps plan.

Fyi, my friend which was supposed to be upgraded on phase 2 (Jan-Jun 2019) has been upgraded last 2 days. Unifi Lite 10Mbps to Unifi 100Mbps (Turbo Upgrade 2018). Seems like their upgrade schedule isn't accurate at all.
