even now mcmc complaint is not 100% working at all. TM has never assign my complaint, already wait for a week but still no assignee.

Just be like TIME. All customers eligible to get upgrade with readjusted to the lower price automatically. No renew contract, customer needed to begging like a dog to TM bullsh*t.

Well, i went through hell to get them to do the same thing. Mine took almost one month just to do a simple job. Long story short, I logged almost 30 reports, makes 50 complaint before they actually do it.

By the way, did they ask to make appointment with you? According to TM, if you are coming from 30mbps to 100mbps, they will need to either get the technician to set do configuration outside your house or they need to configure your modem. Only those which previously above 30mbps and downgrade to 100mbps, they can do it via system. How far this is true, I don't know. That what the complaint manager told me.

That explain why many do not appointment and once they go back, they are automatically being change to 100mbps. I hope this information help

For me i think later my VIP10 to 100Mbps will be a huge difference because streaming 4K (2160p) on Youtube is stuttering so i cant fully utilize my 4K TV

Do a TM speedtest a few times and see if you get consistent results. What speeds do you get?
Its a pity that users have to go through so much hassle to get something that can easily be fixed by them in the first place.

Currently I'm having streamyx Blockbuster Combo 1Mbps + free tm fixed line calling nationwide with a price of RM70.

Just now, I received a call to confirm on my free upgrade to Unifi lite 10M package + aneka hypp tv.
Somehow, I can't remain the same price, either I pay for RM70 for 1 year and after that, I need to pay at the normal price which is RM129. Another option is that I pay for RM80 under contract and the price will be remained permanently.

As I understand, if this is a FREE upgrade, why they need to increase my bill no matter which option I opt for? Anyone facing the same situation as well?

What was the speed of your previous plan? 30mbps? Renewed contract? What are the changes to your unifitv and phone plan?

For those who already got turbo-Ed to 500 or 800 Mbps, can u fully utilise the speed when u downloading stuff into ur HDD?
