i would like to share my experiance with tm point alor setar.
13/8/2018 i want to tm point alor star to downgrade my pakcge from rm179/50mpbs to rm129/100mbps. after all check and done the cs told me evertng is done so i left.
17/8/2018 i live chat asking why i am old pakge, cs said need 3 days to process.
18/8/2018 i live chat again, another cs said never receive my application from tm point alor setar, and said will repot.
19/8/2018, tm point alor setar call me and said they already submit my request.
WTF, they took almost 1 week to process my request.
as now 20/8/2018 im still on old pckge.
haish....

I thought someone here claimed that he'll get Turbo 800 though he's just applied for RM129 100Mbps, true or not?

Guys, I’ve recently installed a 100Mbps Unifi, and apparently was charged RM260 for installation.

Technician said he used 30meter of cable for the non-standard wiring on top of house, calculation of the bills is correct but I dont understand how it reach 30 meter? The location I set for the Unifi and outside is quit near (5meter).

Oh my! Rm20 i can use for my car fuel. U did it through tm live or what?

I changed my unifi to 100mbps RM129 package effective last week and this morning got a SMS saying my account has been TURBO-ed to 300mbps.

After checking with TM vie livechat/twitter, they confirmed my account was back to 300mbps and being charged the previous package price!

Please check and lodge reports with TM if anyone faced the same

OT: Any recommendations for seedboxes that can make full use of Unifi Turbo 500/800Mbps?
Have speed tested alot of seedboxes, most can't even go over 300Mbps (37.5MB/s) download.

I'd be happy for sure if they TURBO-ed it and remained RM129/mo, too bad it wasn't the case..

Just lodged a report with TM and follow up I guess sigh..

Luckily the Tplink RE450 can be configured as an wireless AP too. managed to pull the cat5e cable from router dir-842 to this RE450 on my bedroom.

It seems a few users have said similar. They go TMPoint and switch to RM129 100M instead of waiting for turbo at higher price. Then suddenly they get the turbo instead.

But I found something strange...
After turbo upgrade, though no free STD20, I am given "Promo Discount RM30" and "Promo Discount Perpetual" on Internet service.
Not sure my 100Mbps Turbo is 159-30 or 129-30.

Well, I started from RM129 10mbps + aneka pack, then got upgrade promotion by adding just RM10 to get 30mbps + ultimate pack + 600mins call, and lastly got free turbo upgrade...

Wait till next bill lah, just curious.

But I prefer to get 50Mbps@RM99.
Now I am turboed to 100 Mbps, moving to 30-50Mbps is Downgrade, instead of Upgrade from 10 to 30-50. 😥

My friend want subscribe unifi 30mbps, may I know quota implemented yet? If not how long it'll take effective?

After got Turbo-ed, I found there is "Promo Discount RM30 and Promo Discount Perpetual". Anyone know what is that mean? I'm paying RM129 + SST currently, does it mean I will pay RM99 + SST next month onward?

Is it stated anywhere that the RM79 is only for 24 months? I asked about this to someone in the Complaints Dept and they said that there is no such condition. It is also not stated on the product page.
