Turbo also fu*ked up, no movement until now whereas my neighbour just next door already got Turbo

Iianm MAZDA9's managed to remove Ruby n got reduction of rm30 n now paying rm159 for 800Mbps+Ultimate+STD20 after turboed from 100Mbps.

Yes, I know he is one of them. He also faced some issues as TM refused earlier too to honour his RM 30. Anyway, after much arguments, he got what he wanted. I was a bit unfortunate.

As seen I do not have the turbo upgrade yet.

Did u do anything proactively to get the turboed upgrade, or just waiting passively?
Bear in mind TM has got millions? of accounts to upgrade.

So i just got my new bill. Currently at 500 Mbps Turbo and monthly Rm189.75 include SST.

Today the new bill is Rm193.90 including Rm4.17 for Service Tax. 

So does anyone else got the same Tax as me ? Will this tax apply monthly from now + 6% SST ?

Sigh. After my contract over I will terminate this UNIFI thing.

Wohoo i been turbo last night, 100 to 800. (Rm169 plus unifitv rm30). Tested using tplink ac1200 got 700-800 mbps and upload average 200 mbps using normal cat5 cable.  My area, Subang Bestari

No email and only got sms last night after  Make 2 complain via live chat and 1 complain via my unifi portal. All ticket been close after complain

Mine is an exceptional case because my billing is so screwed up.
I'm just going to say I'm lucky. It's nowhere this can be offered, I'm getting better deal than TIME 500Mbps users.

Until the day they found out this, then I will complain again. For now, I will sit down, relax and enjoy my speed. My pursuit with TM is finally coming to an end.

I've multiple times before i comment here bro, dont get me wrong...technician came check using speedtest thru wired can get 500mbps and also using their smartphone can get 300++ download speed. so my questions here since my own devices not capable to get that speed...should i downgrade?

It's worth noting that I am also no longer under contract. Maybe that's why my fees are lower. Who knows, eh?

STD20 is free call land line or mobile line?

Order submitted on Friday, still pending. Not yet reach PONR. The fella who called from TM said I should get it by tomorrow, Wednesday and if I don't see any change or speed improvement then I should call 100 to get a technician to come and reset my Huawei BTU or replace it. They asked me if I wanted a new router but I told I already have a better router in the Archer C7 v5.

Anyway, my Unifi lite got turbo'ed to 100mbps 4 weeks ago. Went to tm point and requested for a downgrade. Downgraded to 50 mbps (unlimited) for Rm99. Tm is throwing in Hypp Tv basic with Setup box. CS at Tm Point told me this package is only available for customer retention purposes only.

My new package is called unifi 50Mbps BEST with STB. So you do get Hypp TV with STB compared to during Unifi Lite times when you get Hypp TV without the stb, you have to watch using your phone. I wont disclose which tm point because this package was changed by a contact inside.

This plan is good for those who don't use unifitv and fixed line phone. But if add-on ultimate+std20 total cost of rm179 is worst than 100Mbps+ultimate+std20 at rm159.

I wonder if anyone with 30mbps managed to asked for a revised package with lower price and kept the unlimited quota ? I've been subscribing for years and RM179 for 30mbps is ridiculous , and my condo only supports 30m max and no Time availability . Not saying that I'm asking to revise to rm79 , even around rm109-129 would be more fair .

Should be less than that 30 Mbps for RM 89/99 will be fairer because the current market value for 300 Mbps is RM 139, unless TM provide assurance to upgrade infra to support 300 Mbps speed in the future, until that customer should not be charfed for more than RM 99

No idea about China models but don’t seem to see any difference between SG and MY units. Regardless just sharing another avenue. An email to ASUS SG could enlighten.
