I download a lot and 100mbps is also fast enough. Of course 300, 500 800 faster. But do u really need? I download mostly 800mb-1.5gb .

Even when need then download also won't take much time. After u have turbo speeds u need to think about your hard disk space already if you are heavy downloader.

Imagine in my big taman where I stay there is Unifi for houses behind my houses but my house which is about 5 steps away don't have, Really stupid TM. Just wonder why in my taman where almost all of the 20++ jalan or roads have Unifi but about 3 jalans right in the middle of the taman and right behind the big Aeon Big emporium had no Unifi at all. Can TM explain but I guess they don't have any logical sense, do they? It's just ex-UMNO supporters managers sitting in their desk and doing nothing but getting gaji buta, damn bastards.My guess is this....in front of my house are a number of low cost houses and these idiotic and useless TM managers thought that the low cost houses cannot afford Unifi and so terlibat my high cost houses.....no logic at all to deny my house without Unifi but 2mg of lousy Streamyx at RM120, damn,really bastards thise TM good for nothing managers. But I still wonder why these idiotic TM managers cannot simple connect Unifi to my house because both the behind house and my house uses the same telephone wire tiang or poles. i want to update my case due to my building on vdsl and tm wont let me 'downgrade' to rm129/100mbps. currently on 50mbps/rm179

yesterday i went to tm point cyberjaya and ask to change the plan again or if not please provide rebate or any thing.

the officer lastly offer me rm129/50mbps+unifi tv. but she said the packge still not in the system and not sure if tm sytem can accept the pckge and ask me to followup after 5 days.

I think only TMPoint can say this for sure. But supposedly they want to move Sreamyx users to Unifi if the area is covered by Unifi. So I think you should get some offer like that. But as other say, problem is the ports may run out if you wait too long. If you are getting calls from agents, then your area must be covered by Unifi. But your check on the website does not seem to indicate that. I think best is you ask customer service or at TMPoint about your options. Somehow I think that agents get commission from you signing up new package, but maybe not if you are given free upgrade.

ive upgraded to unifi 100mbps.. my router is tplink archer 1200ac. ive tested via network cable/lan and the sepeed is almost 100mbps. but in my desktop which is using inboard wifi adapter, manage to get only 20-30mbps . i know i ve to change the wifi adapter, my quest is if i change to ac600 wifi adptr is it sufficient enough? am i need 1200ac to get 100mbps? thanks

Then got the RYE 2017 to 100Mb/s for an extra RM10

Still no new bill yet but it should be RM 160 discount for Internet and RM 30 for UniFi TV. So RM 299 - RM 160 = RM 139. With UniFi TV is RM 169. Even the TM Seremban staff also mentioned mine is RM 169.

Because, with the current router, my phones and laptop can only reach 300Mbps on wireless connection-5Ghz (now with 800Mbps plan).

Actually RYE 100 users are only paying RM 189 not RM 199. I asked them if let's say I'm willing to pay RM 189 now, will you give me back my 800? She said she will try but I said I'm no longer interested in paying RM 189 now. I want RM 169.

They have no right to revert for me unless I agree.
It doesn't matter whether I get or not the speed, I just want the package to 800. If I cannot get 800 via LAN, complain again.
Nobody is paying RM 169 for 800 unfortunately, or at least to my knowledge.
