Me too, on 12.09....
Need to go TM Point (selected...not all are doing) on 13.10 up to 18.10. (max is 45 days from request)
Must bring modem (BTU) and settle all bills.

Service start is not meaning your contract.Service start and contract start is not same.
My service start june 2017,but my contract is already end.

Latest firmware (a few days back) for TP-LINK C2300...IPTV is OK.
