Yes as long you inform that you wanna terminate, doesn't matter via call/live chat/tm point. No document needed but they will ask for reason. After 30 days you need to go to TM point(within 1-2 days) to return the modem and router, which will be advised to you when you request to terminate.

And don't worry about reconnecting back, they are very much glad to retain another customer
