is this better than TP-Link VR600V ?

anyone here using D-Link 895-L ? Having issues with it with Unifi 500. Signal from router is literally 1 bar, 3-4 meters away from it with no obstruction at 5ghz.

Setting up the router, already notice that its signal is crap. Got it brand new from lazada for RM 829 (thought it was a steal, since I saw the ad on lazada).

After setting up, on 5ghz, getting around 5-10 mbps on wireless AC. Transmission strength is maxed (high) in settings.

2.4 ghz, 1 wall away and i cant see the SSID anymore     

Did some reading online and found out its discontinued long ago... yet every 'unifi turbo guide' recommends it for 800mbps     

Any help will be kindly appreciated. 

Called OOKAS D-Link technical support, they told me to 'return it for inspection' even when its DOA

C2300 or C3150? C2300 seems to have a faster dual core CPU vs the C3150. Or maybe the new C2600 (Archer A10) ?

I just purchase TPlink MR400 router, insert unifi mobile sim. Initially I can get connection, but somehow now wifi connected but no internet. Another thing I notice, when set to 4g only the signal disappear, but in phone 4g only no problem. Any tips or help very much appreciated.

since the mobile unifi offering 3g/lte and lte only line. I can get internet when purchasing the 3g/lte..but when the 3g/lte quota finish its no longer working.. no data..i would just subscribe the cable line but the freaking service not available. Any some suggest to get unlocked and mod huawei router..isit work?

Btw I tought 3g /4g use higher frequency than the 850mHz, no?

Hi on blacktubi tp-link a9 review it says " It has 3 non-removable external antennas and an additional 4th antennas inside for the 2.4Ghz band.", does it mean the external antennas only used for 5g wifi? Do they extend the range of 2.4g wifi?

for the router to be Aimesh node.... does this router can be wifi connected to the parent router or must go with LAN?

hi, my budget around 500+ looking to replace the current stock dlink router

there are several model to be considered, not sure which 1 the best fit for my double storey house, router locate on upstair living hall...now my ipad detected 2.4ghz signal at about 30-50mpbs speed only at downstair while 5ghz hardly detected..my package turbo unifi 500mbps

Not keen on mesh system, prefer one router for all, need for unifi tv also.

Have experience using TP Link Archer C7 with Unifi 100mbps. Good performance, lousy range, stable.

Today installed Maxis 30 mbps fiber and they gave TP Link Archer C5v... biggest problem is it’s unstable. Will disconnect after a while. Want to upgrade.

Hi, C2300 is definitely the best choice for your case.
Are you using both Maxis and Unifi?
Or which?

If Maxis, need to reuse old router for VOIP.
Just disable Wi-Fi connection on the main router.
If not using, then use C2300 as main router.
