It works!!! i use the wizard to setup and quite simple. Now have 2 different SSID to use in my house.

But somehow i found the internet response become slower even when i connect to my ZTE modem. once it manage to contact the website, i'm getting the internet speed i subscribe to, but first contact with the website looks very slow, is it because of the bridge or interference from 2 SSID signals?

And with or without DHCP is the same for me, what is the difference actually?
my Dlink setup, can i use 192.168.1.1? it is same as my ZTE modem

my ZTE modem is using 192.168.1.1 as the gateway address or as DHCP server address.
but right now my Dlink model which set as bridge mode connect to ZTE model port1 also set its router IP address as 192.168.1.1. Will this create any conflict?

I was tinkering around with my router to use Google ipv6 DNS but I did not make a copy of the previous settings.

Is this setting right if I want to use Google ipv6 DNS?

Router is TP-Link Archer C1200.

Doesn't seem to be working. I'm not getting the IPv6 tag when I post here in the forums and ipv6test.google.com is saying I don't have IPv6. My router does say it is connected to IPv6 though.

Where did I do wrong?

Rebooted. Tried DHCPv6 on the Assigned LAN type. Same thing.

I am currently live in a high rise building with a 50mbps package. I doubt TM will upgrade anytime soon. What simplest, inexpensive, router i can use? Was looking at Tenda 10U.  My stock router is Networks from TM (quite old) and the performance has been bad lately. I am planning to upgrade to TIME later but for now need to use UNIFI.

Hi guys, I would like to seek some advise or recommendation. I am currently staying double story terrace house. My unifi upgraded to 800mb so I hope to be able to get speed to whole house.

Currently I am still using the given tm c1200 and it is located at the corridor of 1st floor. The centre of the house. Currently I have 2 cable running to desktop on the 1st floor. I have a repeater wa850re downstair that link to android box and TV.

Few question
1. Does changing to better router will increase the coverage
2. Which is better choice between aimesh by Asus vs those like tplink deco m9

I suggest the C3150 V2. The C5400x is really good, bur if you have an average sized house, the C3150 is more than sufficient. Remove the repeater from your network as it does not help much.
