1. login to qoo10
2. click on your account name (top page - green name)
3. under shopping list, click on recent orders
4. you will see your order, at the payment made (below the amount, click on cancel shipping)
5. proceed next and state reason of cancellation
6. click confirm, then you will be prompted to "cancel/refund" page where it shows (status: requested)
7. I suggest you to call qoo10 support before 6pm (03-20274737) to confirm that your order has been requested for cancellation.
8. keep checking back qoo10 under "cancel/refund" page.. the status should be changed to : "completed" if it is successful.
I think if you do it now, should be no issue, but once they shipped it out, it will be not possible or hard to cancel..
