Hi everyone. i've just booked an iphone XS on qoo10 with T&L on the 30th september however the status is "shipping scheduled" . Any idea if at this point can i still cancel the order as they did not even bother to reply my msg on the inquiry page. Those that manage to get a reply from them may i know which platform are you using to communicate with them?

yes, u can cancel and refund now if shipment not out.

i just had some dispute with them. getting my nerve!

yes you can...

1. login to qoo10
2. click on your account name (top page - green name)
3. under shopping list, click on recent orders
4. you will see your order, at the payment made (below the amount, click on cancel shipping)
5. proceed next and state reason of cancellation
6. click confirm, then you will be prompted to "cancel/refund" page where it shows (status: requested)
7. I suggest you to call qoo10 support before 6pm (03-20274737) to confirm that your order has been requested for cancellation.
8. keep checking back qoo10 under "cancel/refund" page.. the status should be changed to : "completed" if it is successful.

I think if you do it now, should be no issue, but once they shipped it out, it will be not possible or hard to cancel..

they're waiting their stock from HK, been informed via shopee chat today, current status for that batch is in transit, should be arrived this week and can be despatch via local courier,

I think this has been debated for the finger print since the 5s introduction. The data is encrypted in the processor itself, nobody can access it at all. Lets say your touch id button spoil, then you can say good bye to finger print function as the processor is paired to one finger print sensor for the security.

I expect the face detect so have similar level of safety la smile.gif.
